It is 4AM and I'm awake, so I figure now is a good time to mention that we are in contract on a new house. Well, not "new"... actually it was built in 1947 - but new to us. We are set to close on the 28th (which is really, really soon for a closing), so I don't have much time to freak out about moving like I usually do. I hate to get too excited too early because I know that there are SO MANY things that can go wrong during this process. The inspection went pretty well with no major issues and most of the details are working out so, by golly, we may just buy us a house! I don't want to post too many pictures, since I really don't own the house yet- but lets just say its freakin awesome...

The master bathroom rocks!

Everything is new but they styled it to match the rest of the house, so it kept that 1940's look.

Here's the outdoor kitchen ( we have one inside too )...

I'll post more when I'm sure that no one is going to pull the rug out from under this whole thing. Or you can just wait for the housewarming party and come see it yourself...
